Solicitor - Property Litigation
A highly regarded Property Litigation Team require the addition of an experienced Property Litigator for this established Brighton based firm. This is a nationally recognised with notqble mentions in Chambers and the Legal 500.
The team cover a varied workload matters will include Landlord and Tenant disputes for both residential and commercial matters, real property disputes, possession proceedings and debt collection.
We would be keen to speak to you if you are a fully qualified Solicitor with 5 years PQE+ or perhaps a Legal Executive with 8-9 years PQE.
Your responsibilities will include taking on advocacy work in the courts and tribunals as well as playing and active role in a busy and highly effective team. The current ream is made up of accomplished and enthusiastic individuals who all possess good working knowledge of the law and good organisational skills as well as being effective in business development and marketing.
