Position - Commercial Property Solicitor
Commercial Property/Commercial Real Estate/Solicitor/Lawyer

A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor or Lawyer to join the Commercial Property team of a London based law practice. The firm have an established Central London presence and work with a number of Commercial clients, including financial businesses. Due to an increase in the amount of business coming into the firm they are now looking to make senior level hire in the Commercial Property team. With this in mind the firm are looking to bring in a Solicitor that has a broad base of transactions experience covering sales and purchases of commercial freeholds and landlord and tenant work. The firm would also be looking for a Solicitor that has experience in business development and that has a following of their own to complement the work in the department. On top of this the firm would also be looking for a Solicitor that has property financing experience, ideally within bridging finance. In turn this is a great opportunity to work at a financially stable firm that has achieved sustainable and organic growth across the wider Commercial Property department, that has an inclusive partnership focused on both self-improvement and in helping fellow Partners and colleagues to better develop their service and team performance.


Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Broad commercial property transactional experience.
- A following of clients and extensive contact list.
- Property financing experience, ideally within bridging finance.
