Job Details
Are you a commercial lawyer with NHS experience looking for your next role? If so, we would love to hear form you! This is a brilliant position that would see you working with a global service provider that has seen a period of sustained growth. The role offers good opportunities for progression.
The Role
- Varied role dealing with a range of contracts, including pharma, private and NHS clients, ensuring that contracts are in place for all services where required.
- Provide legal support as required.
- Working with the board and company secretary.
- Assisting with corporate transactions
- Handling matters pertaining to procurement and the NHS, and as such you will need a track record of working in a commercial environment.
The Candidate
- Candidates with at least 5 years PQE would be best suited to the position, but candidates with equivalent experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong in-house background with experience gained within highly reputed organisations.
- Will need to have managed procurement and matters relating to the NHS, ideally with a proven track record of working within a commercial environment.
