The role

The firm are seeking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor into their office close to Euston, Central London.

The firm deals with the following area's; sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity along with high-value properties and prestigious agents. Being a successfully and long-standing family run business you work alongside key partners and in return, you will have the opportunity to progress in line with their current expansion of their office. The firm has many home-grown Partners and looking to always ideally promote from within

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You will have good experience of running your own caseload
• You will have good team skills and work well within a team
• Good prospects for progression working within a friendly team
• Excellent quality of work
• Salary up to £60k, plus excellent benefits
