Residential conveyancer. A residential conveyancer with at least one year’s experience is sought for a long standing, but modern, practice in Staffordshire.

The opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancer to join a reputable firm which boasts an extremely high staff retention rate. Our client is seeking somebody with around one year’s experience of handing their own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. The firm will consider a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, but will also consider applicants who have worked their way up from a Paralegal type position.

In this residential conveyancer role, you will work as part of a wider team, but you will be based in one of the firm’s branch offices. You will work alongside another experienced conveyancer with support from a conveyancing manager and secretarial support.

The successful residential conveyancer will have plenty of support, but will be expected to hit the ground running with your own files.
