Applications are welcomed from experienced corporate commercial lawyers, ideally with at least 2 years PQE. Those with less experience, but interested in this area of law should also get in touch.   
 
You will inherit a full caseload. This will include: small business sales, large mergers, acquisitions and restructuring projects, academy conversions and the drafting of partnership agreements, articles and terms and conditions.
 
At all times you will be supported by a respected and experienced corporate commercial solicitor with a solid reputation. 
 
Although very busy those who enjoy business development are encouraged to apply. This will include developing both existing and new clients.
