Job Details
Our client is a leading national, commercial law firm offering a full-service legal business which is home to a market-leading real estate practice.
They are seeking bright, confident and talented Real Estate solicitors to join their Residential Development team. The successful candidates will have experience of Acquisition work or Plot Support work, and will work alongside other specialist solicitors, primarily acting for a client base of household name house builders, Plc builders, developers and promoters. He/she will join a supportive team, who have an excellent national reputation.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong technical ability with the proven ability to apply that technical knowledge commercially. Sector experience is not necessarily required although desirable, but appropriate development experience would be required.
