This Top 100 firm in Leeds are one of the market leaders across a number of fields as ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers guide.
They are looking for a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join their ranked team in Leeds.
The wider Real Estate team in Leeds totals 20 fee earners and support staff, with the property litigation team having 5 fee earners at present. This is a great opportunity to join a small, tight knit team that has seen growth over the last few years.
The right candidate will be around 2-4 years PQE with a good background in property litigation work at a strong regional or city practice.
The work is a good mix of property litigation work and you will be advising on things such as validity of break notices, service of break notices, terms of leases and licences, status of occupation and lease expiry, and s29b extensions as well as drafting and service of s25notices and s26 requests and lease renewal/termination proceedings.
