An opportunity for a Junior Employment Solicitor looking for a new career challenge and kick start their legal career and forge a successful career.
This forward thinking Legal 500 law firm have a proven track record for success in North Hampshire and are looking for a NQ - 2 years PQE Employment Solicitor to join a busy Employment team, making this a key appointment. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder.
You will have experience in advising employees and employers on employment law, settlement agreements, tribunal claims, redundancy, restrictive covenants, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal and general employment matters.
Your role as an Junior Employment Solicitor will involve:
• Clear career path from the outset
• Technically excellent handling both claimant and respondent matters
• Able to business develop and network to gain new clients
