Are you a newly qualified solicitor or soon to be one? Do you have experience in handling a caseload of litigation matters? Are you looking for your next challenge?

I am currently working with a very highly respected law firm based in Liverpool who are looking for a solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE to join their housing and regeneration team to deal with a litigation caseload.

The role will principally involve defending housing disrepair claims, complying with pre-action protocol and dealing with litigation. Experience of dealing with housing matters is an advantage but it is more important that you have experience of dealing with high volume litigation. My client is happy to provide training to the right candidate.

The firm has an excellent client base and is seeking high calibre people to join its team with a view to developing their advocacy skills and to get involved with the other types of work that the department handles.
