Job Details
My client, a medium sized Legal 500 west end firm, are seeking a junior Immigration Associate with up to 2 years PQE.
You will advise on all aspects of immigration law acting for both businesses and individuals.
You will advise a wide range of clients on all aspects of business immigration and nationality law. You will ideally have experience in sponsor licence applications and applications under Tier 2 and will work closely with foreign employees and their sponsor to ensure applications proceed timely. You will also deal with applications for residence in the UK.
You will come from a well established Legal 500 firm in the City or from a leading regional firm and should have good academics as well as experience working with businesses and individuals. Candidates with employment experience will have a significant advantage.
