Senior Private Client Solicitor - Locum
Oxfordshire – January 2018 start – 9 months – £30-40 per hour

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to start in the New Year. Our client, a high street legal practice in Oxfordshire, is looking to recruit a locum for a 9 month period beginning in January to cover a period of maternity leave.

The successful candidate will temporarily run the department in the absence of the firm's Head of Private Client. They will also handle a broad caseload to include will writing, power of attorney drafting, grant of probate applications, deputy applications, estate administration, trust advice, tax advice and property transfers. Secretarial support is provided.

This opportunity will suit a candidate with a minimum of 7 years' PQE in private client law. STEP membership is highly advantageous. The hourly rate for this role will fall within the region of £30-40 per hour, however, candidates seeking a higher hourly rate may be considered (experience depending).
