The Role

The firm is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their flourishing Bedford, Bedfordshire office.

You will join a friendly, professional, and highly experienced Litigation team. You will deal with an interesting and varied caseload including; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance. You will deal with sometimes more complex assets and wealth. Over the years, the firm has built a particularly strong name in this area of law.

The department is very busy, they have keen growth plans over the next 24 months, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least two year's PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have good Contentious Probate experience, this should make up a substantial part of your current caseload
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Salary is above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an excellent, lucrative bonus structure.
