An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Interim Complaints Manager to join an established team at a large Public Sector organisation based in the Warwickshire.

The position will be for a minimum of 6 months; however there is scope for it to continue dependent on the workload and needs of the organisation. The role is full time but can include 1 or 2 days of homeworking.

Duties will include:

  • Handling complex and high profile complaints, cases and Executive Office correspondence
  • Investigating matters and drafting responses on behalf of the Chief Executive
  • Identify standards issues in complaints to identify risks and issues
  • Providing advice and guidance to Case Officers or referring to the Casework Manager as appropriate

The position offers a rate of £19-29 per hour dependant on experience.

The position would be suited to someone who possesses experience of public sector complaints work such as that gained within the NHS. However, candidates with significant experience from other backgrounds would also be considered.
