Job Details
My client is a Lexcel accredited law firm based in Goole. They are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Lawyer to join their residential conveyancing department.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEx; qualified status is essential due to the fact that this role will involve being responsible for the firm's CQS status. You must have a strong background in residential conveyancing and that you are familiar with the process from inception to post-completion.
You will be able to deal with all aspects of a residential caseload and be confident in exercising your judgement when needed. You will be an effective communicator and able to work with minimal supervision.
The caseload will be one that encompasses freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages and you will be expected to have experience of dealing with both registered and unregistered titles together with all other residential conveyancing types.
The role would suit an ambitious candidate who wishes to move into a more senior role with the opportunity to progress further.
