This highly regarded Bristol law firm are seeking a Head of Conveyancing/Senior Associate to join their Residential Property team. This is a unique opportunity and a role which will make an important contribution to the overall work of the Conveyancing team. Your new role
Due to continued growth, the firm are seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to join their flourishing department. As Head of Conveyancing, you will be a senior manager of the department. Key responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth running of the department and encouraging, supporting and developing all members of the team whilst also ensuring key targets are met and are compliant with the firm systems and procedures. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of the residential conveyancing department and advising and supervising members of staff.

What you will need to succeed
You will be a capable and dynamic individual in addition to possessing strong commercial acumen and the ability to work under pressure. You will be an experienced fee earner with residential conveyancing experience and will be willing to assist with the development and continued growth of the property department and increase their reputation within Bristol and the wider region. You will be working in a busy environment therefore it is essential that you have excellent organisational skills and are capable of using your own initiative. Previous management experience is desirable.
