Senior Residential Conveyancer
Senior Residential Conveyancer , Staffordshire
Outstanding opportunity for a conveyancer to join a well known and busy team in the Midlands.
You can be a qualified or non qualified conveyancer, either a solicitor, legal executive, licenced conveyancer or exprienced paralegal.
You should be able to manage your own caseload of up to 100 files. That's a pre-requisite here.
On a daily basis you will carry out all legal aspects on residential property transactions ensuring due diligence has taken place in all areas of processing a residential property transaction. Including : Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered Properties and relating to transactions including - sales, purchase and remortgage, new build, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, deeds of variation and other schemes,
You should be technically strong and be able to resolve issues related to the conveyancing process as you go along.
Communication skills are paramount and you will be strong on case management systems and you should be able to forge relationships with internal and external contacts.
