Private Client Lawyer - NQ-3 PQE

My client is currently looking for a proactive and ambitious Fee Earner to join their successful Cardiff team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with drive and determination to join a leading Law firm and carve out a rewarding career working with Industry Leaders.

The role will involve providing the highest level of client care in the management of client matters and overseeing all the financial aspects of matters including time recording, billing and debtor management in order to achieve your personal fee budget.

You will be required to build relationships with internal and external parties as well as ensuring that files are managed effectively, meeting set deadlines, complying with precedents, letters or documents on the case management system.

Where required you will also delegate work to more junior fee earners and legal support staff to ensure work is completed in a timely manner and court, or other, deadlines are adhered to.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, applicants should be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Wills, Trust and Probate market.

You will have a strong commercial awareness and a good level of understanding of the relative law is required.
