A highly-regarded legal practice in West Yorkshire has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its busy defendant PI team.

Our client is dedicated to quality client relationships, and are seeking an ambitious individual with commercial acumen who will strive to maintain the firm's high quality and build new relationships for the business.

The firm's strong reputation in Yorkshire and its quality work with commercial clients has been highly beneficial to the defendant PI department which has gone from strength to strength in recent years. This is a pivotal new role for the department and a unique opportunity to further develop an already successful team.

The Role:

• You will be heavily involved in business development, developing marketing initiatives and winning new clients, giving you the opportunity to make a name for yourself and see your work grow the department

• You will be part of an established firm working with national clients on a high value, complex and varied defendant EL/PL workload

• You will be responsible for running cases from initial instruction to issuing proceedings and litigating matters to trial

• In the role of Personal Injury Solicitor You will assist in the management of the growing defendant personal injury team

• You will constantly strive to provide an efficient and profitable service and build strong relationships with clients

The Candidate:

• Our client is ideally looking for someone with 5+ years PQE and established experience in defendant PI work

• As an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor you should be a confident individual who is willing to network with commercial clients. Previous experience in liaising with clients is desirable

• Our client is looking for a highly organised individual with strong leadership skills and is able to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients

• You should be hardworking, passionate and client focussed
