I am currently working with a top 100 commercial law firm who are looking to appoint a Property Lawyer to their Housing and Regeneration team on a fixed term contract of 12 months to cover maternity leave.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified commercial property lawyer (1 - 5 years PQE) Solicitor or FCILEx. It is essential that you have experience dealing with a broad range of commercial property requirements to include: general leasehold acquisition and sales, acquisition of commercial/development sites, acquisitions of property portfolios, securitisation/charging, LTA 1954 and easements, wayleaves and infrastructure agreements (section 106, 38, 278 and 104).

It is desirable that you will have knowledge of the housing and regeneration sector but this is not essential as full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to branch out from the more traditional role!

You will be working with housing associations, public authorities, charities and NFP organisations.

The role is a fixed term contract of circa 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
