Commercial Litigation Solicitor. 
 
This reputed Legal 500 firm are recruiting into their Plymouth Commercial Litigation team. 
 
This is an unusual position as you will join as a dispute resolution solicitor, but the majority of your time will not be spent fee earning.
  
As a guide you will likely spend 20-30% of your time fee earning on your own complex disputes matters, and the remainder of your time will be spent working with team leaders and other stakeholders scoping out projects, agreeing training requirements, establishing service standards and methods of quality control, and providing technical supervision and development for the busy team. 
 
Your caseload will be broad and likely include professional negligence, debt recovery, insolvency, property litigation, contractual disputes, prosecutions involving regulatory and health and safety matters.
 
This is a Plymouth-based senior role and will take a key role in the strategic planning and conduct of complex and high-value work.
 
You will be expected to take a lead on responses to relevant tenders or do other business development work to support this. You will be included in the senior management team, helping the Director grow the wider business.
