Job Details
Upcoming, brand new office opening for leading North East private practice. Are you looking to take a step up within your current conveyancing role?
The practice was founded just over 100 years ago and now provides legal services across 3 strategically placed offices in the North East.
Working alongside other Conveyancing Fee Earners you will be required to assist the fee earners with all residential conveyancing and remortgage matters including reviewing mortgage offers, ordering searches, uploading data fields, liaising with clients and other interested parties. Conveyancing Fee Earners joining the team must have a varied knowledge of freehold, leasehold and right to buy matters from initial instruction through to post completion.
This is an exciting time for a experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner brand new, busy conveyancing department with a firm that are currently in the process of expanding where excellent prospects for career progression are on offer.
