Locum Family Law Opportunity

Venn Group is managing recruitment on behalf of a well-established Private Practice firm based in Cirencester. The firm urgently requires a locum Family solicitor to support them with a heavy caseload and to provide interim support while they recruit permanently within their Family and Children department.

The day to day duties will include:

• Handling a full caseload of Family and Children legal matters including Divorces and Separations, Complex Financial Disputes on Relationship Breakdown and making arrangements for Child Custody
• Working autonomously with limited secretarial support

The successful candidate must:

• Have strong Family Law experience and a proven track record
• Be able to work closely with high-net-worth clients
• Have the ability to work independently
• Be IT proficient and able to express themselves clearly and professionally in writing and in person
• Be 4+ years PQE

This position will be available immediately on an ongoing basis, (with the possibility of a permanent role) offering up to £40/hour dependant on experience. Part time hours will also be considered
