This firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing Westminster
office.

The Role

The Residential Property department is the flagship department for this firm due to the relationships they have with high end agents and a strong referral network. Their clientele consists of HNW domestic and international individuals, with a growing Chinese investor client base. You will deal with your own caseload of varied, high quality Residential Property matters including; sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, transfers of equity, remortages, lease extensions and residential developments.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or ILEX with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
• Cantonese/Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills
• An exceptional eye for detail is a must
• Salary is at market rate although is negotiable depending on your experience, coupled with an excellent benefits package.
