Our client is a regional commercial firm and they are looking for a property solicitor for a 6- 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave

This role is within the Housing and Regeneration department, working closely with the Head of Housing and Regeneration and supporting the Partners within the team. The successful candidate will have 1-5 years PQE commercial property experience. They are however happy to hear from any candidate who believe that they have the skills and ability to perform in this role. Work will be varied, interesting and stimulating and include:

  • General leasehold - acquisition and sales
  • Acquisition of sites for development and commercial
  • Acquisition of portfolios of new build residential units
  • Property disposals and acquisitions both vacant and tenanted
  • Securitisation / Charging
  • Granting and taking leases
  • 1954 Landlord and Tenant
  • Easements, wayleaves, Section 106, 38, 278 and 104 Agreements

No previous knowledge of the Housing and Regeneration sector is required, but would be advantageous
