Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client is seeking a commercial property solicitor with more than six years PQE and solid commercial property experience gained with reputable firm, who is looking for a career move to a large, highly regarded firm, who can offer excellent prospects, a delightful location to work in and the opportunity to buy into a very reasonable property market.

As a member of this friendly and committed team, you will:

• Be responsible for running your own transactions day to day, whilst also assisting with the team’s property development caseload
• Deal in all aspects of commercial property transactions including land acquisitions and disposals, development site acquisitions, funding, business leases of a wide range of premises ranging from retail and restaurant units or to warehouse and industrial buildings and educational establishments and, potentially, the property aspects of company sales and purchases
• Act for private investors, developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders and borrowers, and
• Be expected to develop and, latterly, grow the firms’ commercial client offering.

The role will be based in a beautiful part of East Kent and the firm will consider applications from specialists who wish to work on a full or part-time basis.
