Healthcare Solicitor - Cambridge

A fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join a highly successful Healthcare Division within a respected Legal 500 firm.

The Healthcare Division is looking for a 2-3 year Qualified Solicitor to join the team based in Cambridge to work on NHS Resolution Clinical Negligence litigation matters.

The role will involve dealing with claims ranging from values of £20,000 up to £40,000,000 both pre-litigation and in litigation covering the full range of clinical negligence issues including, surgical, obstetric, orthopaedic and psychiatric.

The position requires a candidate with good knowledge of the clinical negligence litigation process and Civil Procedure rules as well as litigation experience within clinical negligence or personal injury as part of a training contract.

Experience of managing own clinical negligence or personal injury caseload would be beneficial.
