My Bristol/Swindon based client are recruiting into their very successful property litigation team.
 
They are seeking a solicitor with up to 3 years experience to join them in Bristol or Swindon. Newly qualified solicitors who have recently completed their training contracts to include a property litigation seat are also encouraged to apply. 
 
In this role you will advise on good quality work. Your daily caseload will include advising on a wide range of matters including; commercial landlord and tenant, rural land and landed estates, leasehold enfranchisement, property and asset management. 
 
You will be advising across interesting mix of sectors to include retail, leisure, pension funds, charities and healthcare sectors.
 
You will give bespoke technical advice rather than high volume, low value work. Your clients will range from PLCs and international companies to SMEs, sole traders, trusts and private individuals. 
 
Newly qualified solicitors are encouraged to apply, as are those with up to 3 years experience within property litigation. 
 
This role could be based in either the Bristol or Swindon offices, or perhaps split between both. You will work with some very experienced and reputed lawyers, constantly progressing your experience and career.
 
Excellent salary depending on experience.
