Job Details
Senior appointment to join a leading regional Legal 500 law firm. Due to strategic growth the firm has opened a brand new office in Stockton-on-Tees which requires a new Head of Conveyancing to focus on supporting a team of 2 Paralegals and 2 Legal Secretaries.
The team you will be responsible for is moving into dealing with high end residential transactions. Your role will be to establish a high end department offering an exceptional client service.
It is essential you have proven expertise in dealing with the full range of residential sales and purchase (freehold and leasehold), new build and shared ownership transactions, remortgage and transfers of equity. In addition, you will have supervisory experience with exceptional organisational skills to manage a team and knows how to deliver excellent client care.
This is a brilliant opportunity based in Stockton-on-Tees which has arisen at an exciting time in my client’s expansion plans and as such, you can expect to receive a competitive remuneration package inline with an Associate Solicitor/Salaried Partner with genuine scope for career growth.
