Residential Conveyancer

Our client is a well-respected high street practice based in Runcorn. They are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them.

The successful candidate will be working alongside the Head of Department as well as other junior members of the team and will be expected to deal with a varied caseload of property matters.

You will be handling a caseload of buying and selling domestic property and re-mortgages. Knowledge of leasehold work would be useful but not essential. Administrative support is available in the form of a Conveyancing Assistant.

This is a great opportunity to work for a friendly firm in a fantastic location. Staff parking is available. Salary in the region of £30,000 for the right candidate.

Applicants who are Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives or experienced fee earners (non-qualified) are welcomed.

Stated PQE and salary levels are for guidance only. All applications demonstrating the skills necessary to fulfil the role will be considered.

To be considered you must have previous experience using case management software, digital dictation along with the ability to support other team members as and when necessary.
