Hays Legal Recruitment are delighted to work with a dynamic, forward thinking Tech company who are seeking the new appointment of an In House Legal Counsel. This is a part time position working with a small but effective team of legal professional's. The role is designed to compliment the business partnering or the company providing skilled and articulate legal advice across the business.

Your new role
The role reports to the Commercial Director and works within a team of 4. You would be responsible for a significant part of the client contract documentation and assisting on bid preparation via the sales team and working with compliance. A small but progressive company where you will be a valued member of the team supporting the continued growth curve of the company.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Solicitor with some commercial experience - critically you will be seeking a supportive and collaborative environment where you can add value utilising your wide range of experience

What you'll get in return
This is a PART TIME opportunity - 3 days per week can be considered or work on a shorter 5 day per week basis. Enumeration package is available to mirror your experience and is open depending on your PQE and relevant experience. Full job description available on request.
