This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading Commercial Property team in London where you will have exposure to high quality work. My Client is 500 Legal firm and have been trading nearly 200 years.

You will have opportunity to work on a variety of high profile domestic and international development and international real estate investment, development and finance transactions. This includes acting for clearing banks and other lenders, investors, hoteliers, funds and insolvency practitioners on major financings, real estate disposals/acquisitions, landlord and tenant and restructuring/insolvency transactions. You will undertake a broad and varied range of real estate work and play a fundamental role in business development and within dedicated client service teams.

The successful candidate is required to have solid experience of Commercial Property work and development transactions. You will be working with a highly experienced Partner who we have just placed at the firm.
