Job Details
Employing over 100 people, this established, successful and highly-regarded North West law firm, is looking to appoint a CEO / Practice Director.
This role, working closely and in conjunction with the Management Board, is a key and pivotal role managing and orchestrating finance, operations and strategy. Continuing to drive the business forward, you will enjoy being engaged in a diverse range of activities and responsible for:
- Strategic Planning, policy and the implementation of the firm’s overall business objectives
- Financial Management including budgets, audit and performance management
- Responsible for Compliance and Complaints regime
- Oversee Business Development ensuring implementation and effective communications
- Human Resources including staff retention, development, recruitment and selection
- Office & Environment covering facilities, business support and working culture
The partnership is progressive yet collegiate and offers a co-operative and supportive environment.
We would be delighted to hear from those professionals, whether at chief executive, COO, CFO, Managing Partner, Practice Director or Practice Manager level, with previous experience of the legal sector.
