Job Details
An experienced Practice Manager / Director is required to join a leading law firm in Cardiff. The firm is looking for someone who has the ability to work closely with partners on compliance, regulatory and HR/Training related matters as well as play an active role in the day to day running and management of the firm's offices. Additional responsibilities for the senior manager will include dealing with all aspects of HR Practices, data protection, training and quality.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are required from Practice Managers / Directors who have substantial experience managing a law firm. The ideal Practice Manager / Director will be highly organised and have good all round experience in dealing with all aspects of managing a law firm. You must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the SRA regulations as well as HR/Training, facilities and quality management.
