Marine Solicitor - Cornwall
A highly regional firm is looking for an experienced Marine Solicitor to join their team in Cornwall (to be based in either St Austell or Truro).
The role will include a full rage of marine work including issues such as; Marine planning, marine licencing and regulation, collisions and salvage, charterparty disputes, ship building contract, yachting and leisure, marine energy and fishing matters.
They are looking for experienced solicitors, ideally mid level (approx 3-8 years' PQE), however all candidates with shipping/marine experience will be considered. You must also be able to manage your own workload, have good communication skills and be comfortable with modern IT systems.
The successful candidate will also be expected to take part in business development and marketing activities, so existing relationships in the marine sectors (particularly those based in the South West) will be viewed favourably.
