The role

The firm are seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their flourishing Dartford, Kent office.

You will join a leading national Real Estate team. You will deal with acquisitions, disposals, development, investment lettings, property aspects of corporate and secured lending transactions. Typical clients are entrepreneurial organisations who need a personal, flexible service coupled with astute commercial advice. Their efficiency has also built them a base of national and multi-national companies, which includes some of the most well-known brand names.

You will find that the client base is broad and will make for a more interesting role.

Their client base comprises a large variety of businesses in terms of size, activities and sectors including IT, food and beverage, transport and logistics and agricultural.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between 2 - 6 years PQE
• You should have solid and broad Real Estate experience
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• You should have a good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• This role will be based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, Kent
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
