A prestigious US law firm.
THE ROLES
Within the firm's Banking team which deals with highly-rated borrower/sponsor and lender/arranger practices.
They regularly represent corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions in particular in connection with leveraged acquisition and recapitalisation transactions.
ABOUT YOU
With at least 4pqe and up to senior level you will have gained experience at a US, UK or equivalent law firm and will be looking to handle a high end and challenging banking caseload.
You will be joining a team which has recently hired at partner level resulting in a huge influx of new instructions.
