Established for over 150 years, this law firm has an exciting and interesting heritage. They were originally based in Canary Wharf and were one of the first Solicitors ever to service two of the country's most well-known Banks. They have deep rooted connections to the financial sector, and it is this foundation that the firm was built on.

The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Business Development Director to join the firms new Soho, West End office.

This business has experienced natural growth in recent years, with the opening of two new offices. They are a creative, entrepreneurial, ambitious, and forward-thinking practice with an electric feel throughout the firm. The firm has a young and dynamic feel with most of the firm's Partners being under 40. They think outside of the box and have a genuinely refreshing approach to marketing and have recently opened a coffee shop within the firm's office specifically for internal and client meetings.

The firm has a growing Media client base, the firm have used outside marketing agencies previously, with all Partners taking responsibility for their own business development and marketing of departments. The firm has however, now become a size where they need you to work with both junior and senior members of staff in devising a clear business development and marketing strategy for the whole firm. You will support teams with projects and pitches and will work at management level advising the firm on strategy. This is an exciting time to join the firm, they have more growth planned over the next 12 months and you will be at the forefront of this. Your role will be wide ranging and varied, making for an interesting workload.

The role

• You will be a Business Development Manager with at least 4 years' experience (there is no upper limit on experience)
• Experience of working in professional services is to advantage but not essential
• You should be an ambitious and dynamic candidate who wants to be at the forefront of an exciting venture
• This role comes with one of the most lucrative bonus structure which allows you to earn a lucrative % of all work introduced.
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE
