Residential Property Solicitor - 5 years + PQE

My client is a national law firm that has a proud reputation in the family and Conveyancing sectors. Due to expansion the firm are looking to add a Residential Property Solicitor (5-10 years PQE) to their city centre Cardiff office.

Working closely with the LLP Partners for Residential and Commercial transactions, the firm requires someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious and dynamic with excellent communication skills and an ability to get on with people. They should be prepared to build relationships and understand the departments key clients, the industry they operate in and the challenges they face.

As such, in addition to the conduct of property transactions, it will be necessary that the successful candidate is a team player who can demonstrate leadership as well as contribute towards the growth of the department.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience advising on residential property transactions and be able to hit the ground running. They must also be familiar with sales, purchases, Remortgage, buy to lets and leasehold transactions.
