Our client is a mid-sized, successful regional firm based in York, with a great reputation in the area.

They are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their small, tight-knit team.

Ideally with at least 2 years' experience across a broad range of Commercial Litigation matters you will be working on a mix of cases including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, professional negligence, IP rights and landlord and tenant matters.

This is a great role for a junior-mid level lawyer who is looking to get more involved in cases and would suit those who are looking to work for a small team where there is a genuine opportunity to get your sleeves rolled up and get involved in good quality work from the start.

There is a relaxed culture here with a good work-life balance, mixed with a decent quality of work and interesting blend of cases to work on.

There is a competitive salary on offer dependent on experience.
