PI Team Leader – This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to join a large National legal practice. Our client with offices all over the country has asked us to find them a further qualified solicitor or FILEX to manage and develop the motor injury claims team based in their South East London offices.

You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service whilst managing a cost effective and efficient claims handling service. They are interested in candidates with a defendant background and from a similar sized firm or insurance claim company. You will be responsible for the overseeing of the department motivating the staff and handling all matters that arise, including performance management, absence, appraisals and development.
