Private Client Solicitor

We are currently recruiting for a 3 year plus PQE Solicitor Private Client Solicitor to work within the Wills & Probate Team of one of Blackburn's best small firms.

The successful candidate will take on a varied mix of private client work. STEP qualification/part-qualification would be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client lawyer to join a successful team within a firm which enjoys an excellent reputation and can offer good career prospects and further training.

The role will involve:

Will Drafting,

Lasting Powers of Attorney,

Administration of Estates

Court of Protection.

Inheritance Tax planning

It is desirable, but not essential, that candidates will also have some experience of dealing with contentious probate work and high net worth estates, IHT planning advice, complicated estates and wealth planning.

Salary in the region of £40,000 depending upon experience.
