The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Real Estate Lawyer into their City of London office.

The Real Estate department has a wealth of expertise and is highly ranked in the Legal 500; you will join a team which houses many Lawyers who are ranked as leaders in their field. The team now stands at over 240 highly skilled Lawyers. The Real Estate Group has been at the leading edge of much of this innovation, has developed a new approach to undertaking investment and asset management work. The department has an extensive track record of dealing with complex and very large developments throughout the UK.

You will deal with a broad workload, which will make for a more interesting role. You will get good client contact, dealing with some of the most well-known Global brands.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have good experience of working for a highly regarded Real Estate department
• A strong technical knowledge is essential
• First-class communication skills are essential
• Salary is negotiable, above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an exceptional benefits package.
