A new opportunity has opened for a qualified solicitor or lawyer to join a London based legal practice. The firm have developed a highly rated education law practice that works with a range of related academies, charities and local authorities. Due to an increase in the amount of work coming into the firm they are now looking for a qualified solicitor to join their team. As such the firm are looking for a lawyer that has a broad base of education law experience. Ideally the firm would be looking for someone with experience in client relationship management and develop. The firm would ideally be looking for a solicitor with previous business development and marketing experience. With this in mind, this is a terrific opportunity to join a law firm that has an established presence in London and in the field of education law. On top of this there are opportunities for mentoring and training from senior members of the team and more long term opportunities for career development.
Required Skills and Responsibilities;
- Broad corporate law background.
- Ideally some specific experience in M&A and capital markets work.
- Proven client facing experience.
