Our client, a Legal 500 and highly regarded firm with offices throughout the North West are known for providing a fantastic service to both individuals and commercial entities. A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Childcare Solicitor to join their strong family department in Lancashire.
Working with the firm's specialist Children's Solicitors, you will be running a caseload in Childcare matters, acting on behalf of Guardians or Adults due and potentially with some Private Children's work as well. You will have a genuine enthusiasm for this area of law and aspire to become a member of the Children's Panel, something that our client will fully support you with. Experience in undertaking your own advocacy is essential. You will have had at least 1 years' experience of running your own Childcare matters, either on behalf of guardians and adults or in respect of Private Children's law matters.
