Role: Immigration Lawyer/Caseworker

Location: Central London

An opportunity has arisen for an Immigration Lawyer/Caseworker to join a very successful team. My Client is a well-established Specialist law firm based in Central London which provides a range of legal services to both Private individuals and Businesses in the UK and Globally.

The Immigration Lawyer/Caseworker will be responsible for dealing with their own workload of Corporate and Private Immigration matters including preparing and submitting visa applications, permanent residency applications and naturalization applications.

Owing to the nature of our clients the quality of work produced is high level and the successful candidate must have attention to detail.

Ideally the successful Immigration Lawyer will have experience of the Points-Based System as well as other immigration categories and nationality matters.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Must ideally be either a Qualified Immigration lawyer or experienced OISC registered caseworker
• At least 2 years' experience within Immigration
• Experience dealing with Visa applications, points based system and nationality matters
• Experience dealing with Judicial Reviews, Human Rights and Asylum applications
• Language skills an advantage

Preferred:

• Managerial or supervisory experience would be a bonus
