Your new company
You will be working for a leading law firm in the Portsmouth area who have been serving the needs of clients for years. The firm still aim to provide clients a high standard of service to every client.

Your new role
You will be providing a high level of support to the commercial solicitor, helping liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, managing agents and other third parties. You will be putting together documents using word excel and a case management system. You will also be dealing with the land registry, local councils and other third parties. You will also submit applications to the land registry for commercial purchases and leases. You will also be assisting the solicitor in opening and closing case files.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in the commercial property or conveyancing department of a law firm. You will be a strong team player and be able to work with others. You will have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise effectively. You will be also office proficient. You will also be able to work under pressure and use your own initiative.
