Senior Commercial Property Solicitor - This large, multi-office practice with a fantastic reputation in Kent and Sussex has asked us to find them a further senior commercial property solicitor to join their team. They are now looking for a commercially focused senior solicitor who has a sterling track record of specialising in acting and advising on a range of real estate matters, from complex acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and development to property management and lease extensions. He/she will need to become an active member of the community and show a keen interest in business development. 
They are ideally looking at people with a solid grounding in all areas of commercial real estate transactions and preferably from a large regional firm or city practice.
