Opportunity to join one of Lancashire's leading law firms and manage your own caseload of private paying family law matters, whilst working in a friendly Legal 500 high street environment that will provide you with support and development opportunities to further your career.

This role is suited to a qualified Family Solicitor OR Legal Executive who has experience of working with private paying clients and dealing with financial related matters. You will be dealing with work such as divorce and separation, financial issues arising out of family breakdowns cases as well as children act and civil partnership matters. Other issues such as pre-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, cohabitee agreements, domestic violence and family protection injunctions will also be covered.

Ideally you will have 3 years' experience of managing your own private paying family caseload and be able to undertake advocacy, as you will be attending court on a regular basis. There will also be departmental paralegal and secretarial assistance however as this is a fairly autonomous role you will be expected to deal with most tasks unsupervised.

Opportunity to grow the department further and business develop will be available, as you will be working closely with a partner. This firm offer an excellent benefits package to include pension, flexible working and a bonus scheme. Salary will be based on experience level and will be starting at £30k+
