Senior Private Client Lawyer. A private client team in a Oxfordshire law firm have an urgent requirement for a very experienced senior private client lawyer to join and take responsibility of a busy private client team. The law firm are proactive in business development and are forward thinking. The senior private client lawyer role will suit a private client solicitor or legal executive with at least 5 years PQE. The successful senior private client lawyer will deal with all aspects of private client work including Wills, Probate and Intestacy, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Elderly Client Matters. You will have exposure to very good quality work and you will also have an active involvement in marketing the department.
